Melting Garlic Toasts
Another of my innovation that was gone in seconds . A must try snack , that can be made with or without chicken.
Marinate 250 gms of chicken with 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste , juice of half lime and 1 tbsp tandoori masala and some chopped coriander . Marinate for half hour and cook in a pan till done.
Mix together half cup mayonnaise , 6 tbsp water , 2 tbsp olive oil , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garlic powder , 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce and a pinch of salt , mix well and keep aside .
Mix together 6 tbsp butter , 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tsp oregano ,half tsp white pepper powder and little salt . Mix well and keep aside .
Slice garlic loaf or pav into thin slices and apply some garlic butter , followed by mayo sauce , sprinkle mozzarella cheese , and sprinkle boiled corn and chopped capsicum and cooked chicken, sprinkle more mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes, grill in oven till cheese melts for soft melt in mouth toast and slightly golden for crisp ones.
You can also cover and cook on a tava.
