Melting Chicken Bread Rolls

Crisp from outside , cheezy and melt in the mouth from inside . A perfect starter for any occasion .

Boil 250 gms of boneless chicken with 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste and salt till done . Shread and keep aside.

In a bowl mix together half cup grated processed cheese , half cup grated mozzarella cheese , 4 tbsp mayonnaise , 1/4th cup milk , lots of chopped coriander , 5-6 green chilies chopped , half tsp black pepper powder , 1 onion finely chopped, little salt and the shredded chicken . Mix well into a soft batter , if u feel its not soft , add a little more milk and mix .

Remove sides from bread and splash a mix of milk and water . Press to remove excess liquid and stuff the filling to make rolls. Dip each roll into beaten egg and then fresh bread crumbs or panko. Deep Fry on medium heat till golden and crisp . Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
