Meethi Tikiya

Again one of my fave to have as it is at tea time or with some kheer . Easy quick and delicious.
Knead together… 250 gm maida with 6 tbsp rava , 5 tbsp desicated coconut , 3 tbsp melted ghee , 1 tsp elaichi powder , 3/4th cup powdered sugar . Crumble all well and add enough milk to knead to medium soft dough . Cover n keep aside for half hour ( you can also add 2 tbsp white til to the dough but i dont like in this recipe so ive not put)

Roll to a thick roti .. cut with help of small glass to rounds and deep fry till golden n crisp.
