Masale Wale Aloo

A musttttt try as a chaat or also along with chapati

Firstly boil half kg potatoes with salt and peel and cut and keep aside

In a bowl mix 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, juice of 1 lime ,salt and mix water to make a thin paste .

In a Kadhai heat little oil , add curry leaves , half tsp rai , half tsp zeera and let crackle , add some chopped coriander and sauté for a few seconds. Add 1 finely chopped tomato and cook till soft . Add the paste and little water and cook for a minute . Add the boiled potatoes and cook for two mins till we’ll coated . Serve as it is or with some bread khakra or as a sabzi with chapati.
