Masala Peanuts / Kaju

A really quick and chatpati recipe for ur evening hunger pangs.

In a Kadhai heat 2 tbsp of oil , add 2 pinch hing and add 2 cup of peanuts and roast for 2-3 minutes . Then add 1/4th tsp haldi ,1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp chaat masala, half tsp amchoor powder ,2 pinch Kala namak , salt to taste sauté for a minute and remove in. A plate to cool down then serve . U can store this in airtight container for a week.
