Masala Khichdi

In a pressure cooker put half cup rice and half cup mix of yellow and green moong dal , wash and add 3.5 cup of water , salt , 1 tomato chopped , half onion chopped , 1 green chilli chopped ,half tsp  haldi , pressure cook on high heat till first whistle then low heat for 10 min .
To make the baghar in  a vessel take some oil and a tbsp of ghee , add 1 tsp whole zeera , 7-8curry leaves , 8-10 cloves of garlic chopped , 1 green chilli chopped , 2 Kashmiri red chillies broken to pcs , half onion chopped , a pinch of heeng . Fry till golden . Sprinkle lots of coriander on the khichdi and pour the baghar on top immidiately and mix . Cook for a min and serve hot.
