Masala Kaju

This is a really quick snack that you will love .
Also you can make this with almonds or mix nuts as well .

In a Kadhai take 2-3 tbsp oil and roast 250 gm kaju on low flame and keep stirring till it turns golden. Switch off heat and put salt , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala , 1 tsp pani puri masala , half tsp kala namak, half tsp black pepper powder. Mix well and keep aside to cool.

Keep stirring in between so masala sticks overall equally.

Once cool you can fill In jar and enjoy as you like .
