Marshmallow Kabab

These delicious kababs are a must try in Ramadan.
Boil 500 gms of chicken with 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste and 1 tsp green chilli paste and salt. Add 1.5 cup water and boil till done. Strain the stock , shread the chicken and keep aside.

In a plate mix the shreaded chicken , half cup boiled corn, 1 small capsicum chopped , 1 small carrot grated , 1 big boiled potato grated and 100 gms of cheese grated .

In a kadhai heat 4 tbsp butter , add 4 heaped tbsp of maida , 1 tsp white pepper powder , salt , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano and saute for a min. Keep the flame of low heat and mix 1.5 cup milk and the chicken stock . Mix well till combined and add 1 small packet of maggi noodles crushed to small peices . Cook well till a thick batter is formed , ( it should look like a cake batter not too thick not too thin . Mix in the chicken and veggies etc. Cook for 2 mins . Switch off heat and mix in lots of chopped coriander.
Grase a tray with some oil , and spread the batter . Let freeze for 2 hrs or more till it becomes manageable to cut into pcs . Cut into 2 inch squares . Dip each square into beaten egg then crushed sevai . Shallow fry on medium heat till golden. Serve hotttttt.
You can also coat with fresh breadcrumbs if u dont like sevai.
