Mango Mawa

You guys have already learned how to make my instant mawa , follow the same recipe to make 1 cup mawa , and keep aside .
In a kadhai heat 4 tbsp ghee and add paste of 4 mangoes , cook till colour starts changing a little , add 6 tbsp sugar and cook 1 more mins , add the prepared mawa and cook fod another 3-4 mins . Keep stirring in between. ( its better to use a nonstick kadhai , easier to work in it) . Remove in a tray and let it come to room temperature and serve into small bowls , you can also sprinkle some sliced nuts.
