Mango Cream

This is a basic recipe I use for all the fruit creams I make . May it be mango , sitaphal , strawberries , litchee ,anjeer ,dry fruit etc.
I make my creams sometimes from tropolite and some times from amul fresh cream . I personally prefer tropolite as it’s much easier to work with it . Giving both the recipes for you guys to make whats available with you❤

For tropolite ….. take a cup of tropolite cream and beat along with 500 ml of milk ( this gives the consistency we get at haji ali . If you like a thicker cream then add less milk ) beat well till thick . Remove a little cream for decoration and keep aside.
 add 1 cup mango paste to the cream ( just grind mangoes in grinder to make paste ) beat in half cup milk maid and 1 tea cup powdered sugar .( add more or less according to ur taste) just beat everything well let cool in fridge for 2-3 hrs.

For amul fresh cream…. take 1 ltr box of cold amul cream and beat well for 5 min. Keep in freezer for half hour and beat for 5 min . Repeat this process again 1-2 times till the cream is thick.
Remove little cream for decoration .
add 1 cup mango paste to the cream ( just grind mango in grinder to make paste ) beat in half cup milk maid and 1 tea cup powdered sugar. ( add more or less according to ur taste) just beat everything well let cool in fridge for 2-3 hrs.
 Then serve in bowls and put a generous amount of mango cubes and serve chilled.
