Malpua Rabdi

Who doesn’t love malpua in Ramadan , specially the ones from minara masjid , badri and shalimar and delhi darbar jogeshwari . ( hehe all foodies in mumbai know these places )
In a big bowl mix 1 cup of maida , 1 cup milk , 3 eggs , pinch of saffron , pinch of yellow colour ,6 tbsp powdered sugar , and around 4 tbsp of mawa crumbled. You can also add lots of sliced kaju badam and pista for the dryfruit version.( you can also add some elaichi powder )

For the instant rabdi , heat 1 cup of milk, add 2 slices of bread made to crumbs ( just blend it in a grinder jug) 4 tbsp mawa and some milkmaid ( if u dont have milkmaid add a tbsp extra of mawa and 5 tbsp sugar) cook till thick. And chill
In a pan heat lots of ghee or oil . Pour a teacup full of batter and fry ( almost deep fry) on medium high heat till golden . Remove in a plate and spread some cold rabdi on top . And ahaaaaaaa enjoyyyy 🤤
