Malai Tikka Biryani
In a grinder blend together 3 medium onions , 250 gms yogurt , 10-12green chillies , 2 fists kaju , 2 fists 4magaz , 2 fists white til , 3 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tsp white pepper and salt to taste .
In a vessel heat oil and put whole garam masala then add the prepared paste and saute . Add 1 kg chicken and potatoes as needed and cook till chicken is tender( using boneless leg is preferable).
In a bowl mix together 4 tbsp mayo , 4 tbsp cream and 3 grated cheese cubes. Add this mix to the chicken and cook for 2 mins . Switch of heat and do koyla baghar .
In a big vessel put a thin layer of boiled rice then this chicken gravy then the leftover rice . Sprinkle some chopped coriander on top and a few spoons of ghee , put on dum and serve hot.
