Malai Seekh Biryani

Take 250 gms of boneless chicken cubes and marinate it with 1 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 4-5green chillies chopped , a fist of chopped coriander and mint , juice of 1  lime , 1 tbsp butter , 2 slices of bread broken to pcs , half tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp cream and salt to taste .mix well and grind to fine kheema in the grinder.(grind in small batches so that no whole chciken remains)do koyla dhungar and  keep the prepared kheema in the fridge for half an hour to marinate.
To make the seekh take any fat stick and grease it . Take a small ball of chicken keema and make seekh. Grill on grill pan or tava till done on all sides. Keep aside

In a grinder blend together 2 medium onions , 250 gms yogurt , 10-12green chillies , 2 fists kaju , 1  fist 4magaz , 1 fist white til , 3 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 2 tsp white pepper and salt to taste .
In a vessel heat oil and put whole garam masala then add the prepared paste and saute . Add  250 gm  chicken cubes and potatoes  and cook till chicken is tender( using boneless leg is preferable).
In a bowl mix together 4 tbsp mayo , 4 tbsp cream and 3 grated cheese cubes. Add this mix to the chicken and cook for 2 mins . Switch of heat and do koyla baghar .
Boil 2.5 cups of rice with whole garam masala , salt and 2 tbsp oil . Strain and keep aside.
In a big vessel put a thin layer of boiled rice then this chicken gravy , then a thin layer of rice followed by a layer of our prepared seekh ,then the leftover rice . Sprinkle some barista, chopped coriander And mint on top and a few spoons of ghee , put on dum on tava on high heat for 10 min and low heat for half hour. Serve hot along with dahi kachumbar or boondi raita.
