Makhmali Paratha

So guys initially this was an experiment made with a few leftover ingredients , but has now turned into a family favorite . I love naming dishes , and this is the best name i could come up with as these parathas turn out to be soo soo soft and melt in the mouth .

Take 2 cups of wheat flour , mix in 3 medium mashed potaoes , 100 gm crumbled paneer , 1 onion chopped , 4 green chillies chopped , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp haldi powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp chaat masala , juice of half lime , lots of chopped coriander , 1 tsp kasoori methi , half cup oil , and salt to taste . Mix well and then knead with enough water to make a soft dough, lastly apply oil and keep aside for half hour .
Roll little thick rotis and grill on tava with little oil or ghee.

Yes thats it , this is a really quick recipe for tiffin as well . Serve hot along with dahi , or green chutney or ketchup. These also taste really delicious along with mughlai gravies and sabzis.
