Lychee Cream Haji Ali Style
This is a musstttt try before the season bids goodbye.
Firstly peel and remove segments from 1.5 kg lychee. Blend 1 cup of the segment to a fine paste. Keep aside.
Beat together 1ltr Amul fresh cream, and 1 cup whipping cream, till slightly fluffy. Then add 380 gm condensed milk, and the lychee paste and beat for 2 mins. Mix in the segments and chill in the fridge for atleast 2 hours and serve chilled.
