Guys these r literally addictive . Trust You are going to keep making these after trying it once .
I’ve made a big batch as usual .
To make around 35-40 pcs
In a big bowl mix 1 cup maida , 1 tbsp corn flour , 1 pinch salt , 2 tbsp milk powder , 2 tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp instant yeast , 2 tbsp melted butter and 1 cup lukewarm water . Mix well with hands for atleast 4-5 mins and cover and let rest for 2 hours .

Then with help of wet hands fry small balls like we usually do for pakora or dahi wada. Deep fry on medium heat and keep stirring till it turns golden .

Serve hot with a drizzle of your choice of topping. Traditionally it’s served with honey / sugar syrup or date syrup . If you’re a chocolate fan like me you can drizzle chocolate sauce or Nutella or ganache .

For ganache sauce I’ve simply cooked 100 gm chopped milk chocolate with 100 gm cream and same with white chocolate.
