Loaded Chicken Puffs

Marinate  500 gm of chopped  boneless chicken  with, salt , juice of 1 lime ,1 tsp vinegar,  2 tsp red  chilli  powder   , 2 tsp red chilli  flakes,  1tsp black pepper  powder ,1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp oregano,  4 tbsp red chilli  sauce, 4 tbsp green chilli sauce and some chopped coriander .let marinate  for half hour.
In a pan heat little oil and saute 2 chopped onions and 4 chopped green chillies , saute till its soft , add the marinated chicken and cover and cook till done . Add 1 cupof boiled corn  , 1 chopped  capsicum  ( you  can even  use 3 colour bell pepper) and cook for 2 mins or till dry .let the filling cool down and mix lots of chopped coriander  and 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese. 

Fill puff  pastry  sheets or puff paratha in your desired  shape ( I’ve folded as a triangle) and put in  a greased oven tray and brush with egg and sprinkle some kalongi and white til ( I prefer using kalonji over black til) Bake in a preheated  oven at 200 degrees  for 15 mins or till golden. Remove from oven and brush with some melted butter and serve hot with ketchup or mayo.
