Loaded Chicken Popper Fries

For chicken popper mix 250 gm boneless chicken, salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 egg and blend in small batches to a fine mince. Keep in the fridge for half an hour. Make balls and coat either bread crumbs or panko. Fry till golden.

For sauce . Mix half cup mayonnaise, little water , 4 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, half tsp oregano and half tsp red chilli powder . Mix and use as needed.

Oven a plate of French fries. Drizzle the sauce generously and top with jalapeno, olives, chicken poppers, and some chopped capsicum and coriander. Serve immediately and enjoy.
