Lazeez Paratha

Does it happen with you all  that your milk gets spoilt  and you dont know  what to do  with it . You dont want to make paneer from it neither do u want to make any dessert  like rasmalai etc  . This is a perfect  recipe for you , super healthy and kids will love it and ….. ” KISI KO PATA NAI CHALEGA” .
I obviously  couldn’t  name this phate hue doodh ke parathe , it wouldn’t  sound appealing  😅 so heres lazeez paratha for you all
In a bowl mix together  1 finely  chopped  onion , lots of chopped coriander  , 4-5 chopped  green  chillies  , 1 tsp dhanya   half tsp zeera powder  , 1 tsp garam masala powder,   1 tsp red chilli powder  , 1 tsp garlic powder  , half tsp haldi, 1 tsp chaat masala  salt   , strained curdled milk or chenna  from  1 litre ( you have to  heat it well so the water and  chenna separates  , then lightly  strain it  , you dont have to press much to remove  excess water , the little water remaining  gives super healthy and super soft parathas)
Mix in 2 cups of wheat flour  and half cup chana aata . Knead well to a soft dough and lastly  knead in little oil . Roll  into thick parathas and fry till golden with ghee or oil or butter  . Serve hot  with dahi or green chutney.
