Lauki Kofta Lababdaar

This will even be liked by kids who dont like the taste of dudhi ( coz unko pata he nai chalega)

Grate 1 cup of doodhi ( use a small grater ) and squeeze out the juice and keep aside ( we will use the juice for the gravy) mix in 3 boiled nd mashed potatoes, 1 cube of cheese grated , 2 tbsp chana aata , salt , lots of chopped coriander and 1-2 chopped greenchilli. Mix well make balls , coat with dry cornflour and fry till golden . If u feel the kofta is breaking add little more chana aata. Fry all koftas and keep aside.

For the gravy heat some oil , add 6-8 cloves of garlic , 1 small onion sliced , 1 fist kaju and fry till slight golden, add 2 tomatoes roughly chopped and some chopped coriander and saute for a min . Let cool and grind to a fine paste along with 1 cup dahi .

In the same oil put whole garam maslaa a few curry leaves and put the prepared paste, the dudhi juice , saute little add salt , 4 tbsp tomato ketchup , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp tandoori masala ,2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , pinch of red colour ,1 tbsp kasoori methi and saute well . Add the fried koftas , chopped coriander and cook for 5 mins . Serve hot with ur choice of naan or paratha or zeera rice.
