Lassan Ki Chutney For Chaat

This is a super simple and quick chutney .
Make it in  a small batch  as it tastes good fresh . If u have leftover then freeze it to retain freshness.
All u have to do is soak a handfull of Kashmiri red chilli , 6-8 cloves of garlic , in hot water for 10 min . Grind it along with the water , juice of 1 lime , salt and half tsp zeera powder to a fine paste.
