Kulfi Tangdi

The ones who love having this at hotels will not believe how easy this is to make .
Take 1 kg of chicken drumsticks (you can use whole chicken cut to pcs or lollipop also if u wish) wash and make slits . Marinate with salt , 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli paste and half tsp white pepper powder. . Let marinate for half hour and cook in a vessel till tender and dry .

For kulfi mix ….. in a bowl mix together …. 2 fist kaju ground to fine thick paste with milk , 400 ml or 2 small box of amul fresh cream , a cup full of grated processed cheeze , salt and half tsp white pepper powder.

For assembling take a big pc of foil enough to wrap 1 leg without any gap . On the foil put 1 leg and put 2-3 tbsp kulfi mix . Wrap the leg and do the same with sll pcs . and steam all the legs just for 2 min . You can simply take a big vessel that will easily fit your chawal ki chalni . Put only 2 glass water in the vessel and put the wrapped chicken pcs on the chalni . Cover with a lid and let steam for 2-3 min .
Ps. Our chicken is already cooked . We are just steaming so that the chicken can absorb the kulfi mix. That’s y were steaming for less time. If u steam for longer then the kulfi mix will get completely absorbed and not have a melting texture.
