Kulfi falooda
Creating this recipe was inspired after the first sip from @flavouree saffron cardamom falooda syrup. Currently flavouree is the the most trending brand in syrups for thier over 60 delicious flavours .
Trust me guys each and evry one at home who tasted said that nazia u got it from baba falooda ur lying 🙈😇😇 trust me it tasted justtttt the same mashallah ( i hope the owners dont kill me for this 🤣). Heat half litre of milk , and bring to a boil , add a fist of verimicelli and cook for 2 mins .
In a grinder make paste of 2 big or 3 small slices of bread with some milk and 4 tbsp milk powder.
Add this paste to the milk and cook for more 5 min on low heat. ( as we are using a readymade syrup we are not adding any sweeteners, if ur not a resident of india and cannot buy flavouree products , add half cup of milkmaid , half tsp of elaichi powder , and a generous pinch of saffron and cook well) cook till thick and let it cool down to room temperature. Keep it in the freezer for an hour .
In a tall glass put a tbsp full of soaked sabza , fill half the glass with the prepared falooda milk. Add 3 tbsp of the flavouree syrup ( ones out of india can skip the syrup and use the above method for the milk)
Mix well and top with some kulfi pcs ( ive used kesar pista ) and drizzle some roohafza on top .
Tadaaaa your favorite falooda can now be made at home so easily and with the sameeeee taste mashallah.
