Korean Inspired Cream Cheese Buns

Guys this is just tooooooo good

For the dough
Simply knead together 2 cups maida , salt , 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1.5 tbsp instant yeast with lukewarm water to a soft dough . Lastly knead in 2 tbsp oil and cover and keep aside for 2-3 hours or till the dough doubles .

Meanwhile make garlic butter by mixing 4 tbsp chopped garlic , little chopped coriander, 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 100 gm butter and 6-8 tbsp oil .

To make cream cheese glaze – simply whisk 150 gm cream cheese , 150 gm fresh cream and 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar till well combined .

Once your dough has rested . Roll it on your table with help of some dry flour to a big circle . Generously apply all the garlic butter on it . Roll it into a cylinder and cut 1 inch thick rounds .
Place the rounds in your baking tray and cover and let rest for an hour . Then bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins or till light golden .

Once done apply the cream cheese glaze on hot buns . Sprinkle some chilli flakes and cover and let rest for 10-15 mins .

Enjoy it immediately after that.
