Kofta Curry / Kofte Ka Salan

Soo many requests for this one , finally its time to post. This is a very homely desi kinda gravy , you can enjoy it with  khichdi , rice , naan , pav or even paratha .
For kofta ., take 250 gms keema ( make sure theres no water) , mix 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2 chopped green chillies , 1 chopped onion , 2 slices of bread , juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam  masala powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , salt and some chopped coriander . Mix well and grind into a fine mince in small batches. Make kofta balls and deepfry till golden. Keep aside.
For the gravy, grind together 3 golden fried onion barista , 3 tomatoes , 250 gms dahi , 2 green chillies into a paste .
Take a vessel , add some oil , whole garammasala and let it splutter , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste and saute well , add the prepared paste , 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tbsp korma masala or any biryani masala , some chopped coriander and salt . Saute well till oil comes up . Add some water and potatoes . Cover and cook till done . Add the fried koftas and cook for 5 more mins . Lastly add some more chopped coriander , some slit green chillies  and serve hot.
