Keema Naan
This is a really delicious recipe im sure u guys r gonna love it.
So there r 2 ways to make the keema for this . You can use ur preffered style.
1. Wash and squeeze out excess water from 500 gm keema ( u can use mutton or chicken) . Mix 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp garam masala powder , half tsp black pepper powder and salt . Keep aside for half hour and cook in a kadhai without any oil till cooked n dry . Let cool n mix in lots of coriander , mint and spring onion greens. Mix in 5-6 chopped green chillies and juice of 1 big lime. Keep aside.
2. Wash and squeeze out excess water from 500 gm keema . Mix in 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , 2 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , half tsp kasoori methi , 1 tsp dhanya powder 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder salt. Mix well and do koyla dungaar with a small pc of coal and let marinate for half hr. Cook in a kadhai without oil till cooked n dry .let cool and Mix in 4-5 chopped green chillies , lots of corriander and mint , juice of 1 lime and around 100 gm of grated cheese. Keep aside.
For the dough … mix 2 cups of maida , 1 tbsp sugar , 1 tbsp yeast , salt , and knead well with lukewarm water to a soft dough . Lastly apply little oil and keep aside for 2 hrs or till double.
To make the naan . Take a ball of dough and roll with help of some flour , put some filling in the centre and close from the sides like we do in paratha. Roll again into a slightly thick naan , apply little water on top , and put the water side on the hot tava. Let cook for about 30-40 sec and invert the tava so the naan faces direct flame . Keep mooving ur tava so each side of the naan is cooked well . Remove from tava and apply some desi ghee or butter . Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
If ur not comfortable with the naan making method u can simply folow the same recips and cook it like a paratha.
