Keema Cutlet

Take 500 gm keema , add 2 slices of bread soaked in milk , 2 tsp garlic paste , 2 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , 1 onion finely chopped , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder half tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder , salt , juice of half lime and some chopped coriander and mint . Mix well and let marinate for half hour.

Take a small ball of keema and put on a plate full of bread crumbs . You have to coat and keep pressing so u have a really thin and big cutlet ( it will get thick and small after frying) dip in beaten egg and fry.

Shallow fry on medium low heat till golden . Keep pressing a little while frying to make sure the keema gets well done. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
