Keema Aaloo Cutlet

This again is a really quick and tasty recipe for Ramadan and otherwise .

In a big bowl mix 250 gm mince ( use double grinded chicken or mutton) , add 250 gm boiled and mashed potatoes , 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste, 5-6 chopped green chillies , 3 slices of bread (sides removed )soaked in milk , juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp garam masala powder , lots of chopped coriander and mint . Mix really well till everything is combined let marinate for 1 hour . Make cutlets and coat with bread crumbs and dip in beaten egg and shallow fry on medium low heat till golden . Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
