This is also a really quick n delicious recipe to make with organs on eid or even boneless chicken or mutton . Recipe is for 1 jooda almost 1.5 kg or for 1-1.5 kg chicken or mutton

Firstly in a pan dry roast, 4 Kashmiri red chillies , 2 tbsp whole dhanya , 1 tbsp saunf , 1 tbsp , zeera , 1 tbsp black pepper , just for few seconds. Grind together to a rough powder.

Boil tilli and dil ( spleen and heart) with 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste and salt till done. Cut into small cubes and keep aside
In a bowl marinate kaleji ( liver ) and gurda (kidney ) cut into small cubes , along with the tilli and dil , with salt , 1 tbsp ginger paste and 1 tbsp garlic paste , let marinade for 1 hour and cook till done. ( follow same if using chicken or mutton)

In a tava take oil and a big dollop of desi ghee or butter , add 1-2 chopped green chillies ,1 big onion chopped and fry till slight golden , add 2 -3 big tomatoes chopped, salt and saute till soft . add the cooked organs ( or chicken or mutton) and saute well , add 4 tbsp dahi , our prepared masala powder , 1 tsp desicated coconut , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi powder and saute well . Add 1 tbsp kasoori methi and lots of chopped coriander , and juice of 1 lime , saute little and serve hot with paratha or chapati or pav.
Ps you can also add boiled brain cubes , i personally dont like brain along with jooda.
