Kastoori Murgh / Gosh

A very simple and quick recipe I have created,  that tastes restaurant  style even without the use of kaju and malai .
Marinate 500 gms of chicken  or mutton (I have used boneless  chicken  cut into fine pcs , you can use with bone or without  as per your preference) , with 4 tbsp oil , salt, juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 3 tsp red chilli  powder  , 1 tsp red chilli  flakes  , 1 tsp garam masala powder  , half tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhanya powder  ,  half tsp zeera powder , 1 tbsp kasoori methi and some chopped  coriander . Let marinate  for half hour.
In a kadhai ( or pressure cooker  if using mutton) oil and add whole garam masala  , 3-4 chopped green chillies  , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , and saute well , add 2 chopped  onions , salt and cook till slightly  golden, add 3-4 finely  chopped  tomatoes  and cover and cook till well mashed . Add the marinated chicken  / mutton and cook till done . Lastly  add a cup of dahi and lots of chopped  coriander, and cook till oil comes up . Serve hot with chapati , paratha or naan.
