Kairi Gudh Ki Chutney

If you love those store bought kairi chunda n all . You will love this . It’s sweet n sour and delicious

Firstly peel 500 gm kairi and cut into cubes ( if you want a chunkey chutney cut into larger cubes , if you want a very fine chutney cut into small cubes or grate or you can cut into medium size cubes like I have done for a fine chutney with slight chunks )
Put the kairi in a pressure cooker , put half cup water , salt , half tsp red chilli powder , 1/4th tsp haldi and 2 pinch garam masala powder . Pressure cook on high heat for 2 whistles .

Then open the cooker and put 500 gm chopped jaggery chopped . Cook till the jaggery melts. Let cool and fill in jars and serve with food or you can also have it as a jam with cream or bread butter or toast.
