Kadhai Keema

Another variant for delicious keema that you can have for lunch /dinner / Sehri

Blend together a handful of coriander leaves , 2 green chillies , 2 Kashmiri red chilli and half of a small capsicum

Heat oil in. A kadhai , add half tsp whole zeera and let it crackle , add 2 chopped onions, salt and fry till golden , add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook well till soft . Add 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste and the paste we have prepared previously. Sauté well and add half tsp haldi , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder, half tsp dhanya powder , half tsp red chilli powder and sauté well . Add juice of half lime , some chopped coriander and sauté . Add 250 gms of keema ( chicken/mutton/beef) and cook well till done . Lastly add some chopped coriander and slit green chilli. Switch off heat and serve hot.
