Kadhai Chicken / Mutton / Paneer / Prawns
In a vessel put oil whole garam masala and 3 chopped onions and salt . Cook till onions turn golden. Add 3 chopped tomatoes , 2 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli paste,2 tbsp shezwan sauce , juice of 1 lime, little coriander , 2 tsp dhanya pwdr , 1 tsp zeera pwdr, 2 tsp garam masala pwdr. Saute well and add 750gm meat and cook till meat is tender. Add 1 sliced onion and 1 sliced capcicum and lots of coriander . Cook for 2 more mins and serve hot with Chapati or tandoori roti . ( you can follow the same recipe to make kadhai paneer ,just add fried paneer cubes after the sliced capcicum and onion and cook for 2 min)
