Kadhai Bhuna

A really easy and quick recipe you can make in your daily cooking . This can be made with chicken / mutton / prawns and paneer.

Firstly heat some oil in a Kadhai and put half tsp zeera and 2 big onions finely chopped . Put salt and sauté till golden . Put 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped ginger , 1.5 tbsp chopped green chillies and sauté ( you can put paste also instead) add 3 big finely chopped tomatoes , sauté and put half tsp haldi , 1 tsp Dhanya powder. Half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tbsp Shezwan chutney and sauté really well and cover and cook till oil comes up . Then add 500 gm of boneless chicken cut into small cubes and sauté . Cover and cook till chicken is well done . Lastly add 1 capsicum cut into small cubes and lots of chopped coriander .
Cook for 1-2 mins till oil comes up and serve hot with roti / naan / paratha /pav.
