Jhat-Pat Smoked Chicken Pulao

This was invented  by me in Ramadan,  I was badly craving for some rice dish , and wanted it jaldi jaldi, as I was super hungry , this turned out to be a super hit in the family  alhamdolillah.  It’s a v mildly spiced rice dish , so all u spice lovers can add some chopped green chillies and red chilli  powder.
In a pressure cooker heat some oil,  add 1 small chopped  onion , 2 tbsp chopped  garlic , and saute for a few seconds , add 1 stock cube,  2 tbsp tandoori masala  , salt and 250 gms of chopped boneless  chicken.  Saute well for 2-3 minutes . Add 4 glasses ( 800 ml) of water , and 2 cups ( 550 gm)of washed rice . Pressure  cook on high heat till first whistle  and keep on low heat for 5-7 mins. Once air is released , open the cooker and do coal dhungaar ( optional) lastly  mix in some chopped  coriander  and serve hot.
