Jamun Shots
This recipe is already posted on my website with fresh jamuns . But here I’m using ready jamun pcs which r frozen and seeds removed so no jhanjhat. The jamun is from @pulp.station.
I’ve made a huge batch in the video . Below is a recipe for 6 shot glasses.
Simply blend together 1 cup de seeded jamun or frozen jamun pulp . Add 1 tsp chaat masala , 1 tsp Kala namak and 6-8 tbsp sugar , add little water according to the consistency you want and blend to a fine juice.
Apply lime juice on glass and rim red chilli powder and salt mix . Fill with jamun juice and enjoy chilled.
