Jalapeno Poppers

This is a must try recipe for all u jalapeno lovers out there . Surely a must try for ramadan.
Slit from one side and deseed 10-12  fat chillies and keep aside .

In a bowl mix together 2 big potatoes , boiled and mashed , around 3 cubes of grated cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp white pepper powder , lots of chopped coriander , 3-4 chopped spicy green chilli , 1 tbsp of chopped pickled jalapenos( optional) , little salt and mix well . Fill the green chillies with this filling and keep aside. ( you can also add some boiled and shredded chicken to the potato mix )

Make a not too thick – not too thin batter with 1 cup maida aata and water , mix in some salt to taste.

In a plate mix together, 2 cups fresh bread crumbs or panko, 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp red  chilli flakes , and 1 tsp garlic powder.

Dip each stuffed chilli in the batter and coat with the crumbs . Deepfry on medium heat till golden and crisp.
