Instant Mango Rabdi

I have made a big batch in the video, below is recipe enough to serve 6

Heat 1 cup milk and add 1 small slice of bread made to crumbs ( just dry grind it in grinder jug) add 3/4th cup cream and 200 gm condensed milk . Cook well for 7-8 min till thick . You can also add 50 gm mawa to make it more rich .
Let this come to room temperature and add paste of 1-2 mangoes depending on the size .

Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours . Remove on bowl and top with lots of Ratnagiri alphonso mangoes and enjoy.
