Instant Ghaati Masala
This masala can be used to have along with pakoras , wada pav any kind of fried food . This isn’t the authentic recipe of ghati masala available out side . It’s my version of instant ghati masala.
In a pan put 2 tbsp oil , half onion sliced , 15 Kashmiri red chillies , fist of garlic , 2 tbsp koota Hua dhanya , 1 tbsp saunf , 1 tbsp zeera , 2 tbsp desicated coconut , 2 tsp garam masala powder , salt , pinch of haldi . Saute for 2-3 min till nice roasted smell comes. Let cool and grind to a rough powder. You can store this in a glass jar in the fridge for 15 days.
