Hyderabadi Mutton Tahari

Guys this must be a very easy or basic recipe but trust me this turns out finger licking good .

Firstly in a pressure cooker heat 200-250 mL oil and add whole garam masala ( 1 tsp zeera , 1 tsp black pepper , 4-5 Laing , 3-4 elaichi , few cinnamon sticks , 2 tej patta ) add 1 big or 2 medium sliced onion and sauté till golden , add 2 big chopped tomatoes and sauté , add
Salt to taste and sauté till soft , add 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , and sauté well till fragrant, add half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder, 2 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tsp red chilli powder and 2 tsp dhanya powder and sauté . Add little water and sauté more . Add 1 cup beaten dahi and sauté till oil comes up . Add 1 -1.5 kg meat and sauté . Cook till done .

Transfer to a big vessel and add a handful of chopped coriander and few whole green chillies . Add 2 cup water and bring to boil . Add salt for the rice and 750 gm washed and soaked basmati rice . Stir and cover and cook on high heat till water dries .
Keep on dum on low heat for 10 min and switch off heat and let rest for 15 min . Give a stir and serve hot with your choice of kachumber.
