Hot Pepper Garlic Chicken Chilly

This turned to be a really yummy indo Chinese recipe to go along with some tandoori roti or fried rice. I had to think alot to name this dish as it’s my own creation mixing many indo Chinese chilli recipes to create 1 yummilicios one.

Firstly marinate 500 gm chicken cubes with 1 egg , salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 4 tbsp maida and 1 tbsp cornflour . Let marinate for half hour then deep fry till golden and keep aside .

In a kadhai heat oil and put 1 tbsp chopped garlic , a fist of broken kaju , 3 slit green chillies, 3 broken Kashmiri chillies. Fry well till kaju and garlic turn golden. Add 4-5 bulbs sliced spring onion and 1 sliced capsicum and little chopped spring onion green and 1 stock cube, Saute little and add 4 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp black pepper powder , 2 tsp sugar , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 2 tsp vinegar , 2 tsp red chilli paste , saute and add 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 cup water . Cook till thick and add the fried chicken and lastly mix in some chopped spring onion greens. Serve hot
Ps. Add 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 6 tbsp water to make it as starter or 2 tbsp mixed with 2 cup water to make as gravy.
