Hot Chocolate / Iced Chocolate

One more winter special recipe when it’s cold outside and you feel like having something hot . So why not make some hot chocolate.
In a vessel mix 1 ltr milk , 1 cup sugar , 1.5 tbsp corn flour , 2 tbsp cocoa powder ,2 tsp instant coffee, 1 small box amul cream . Mix well and switch on heat . Cook on high heat and keep stirring till the milk comes to a boil , add 100 gm chopped dark chocolate and cook well till chocolate is completely melted lastly mix in  1 tsp vanilla essence.Serve in cups with some grated chocolate on top. Serve hot
To make iced chocolate follow the same recipe and let cool finally add lots of ice and serve cold.
