Honey Chilli Chicken

A must try starter for all you indo Chinese fans. Can be had as a starter or along with your favourite Chinese rice.

Firstly marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cubes with salt, half tsp black pepper powder, 1 egg, 2 tbsp Maida and 1 tbsp corn flour. Mix well, let marinate for half hour and fry till golden

Heat oil in a Kadhai and add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 3-4 chopped green chilli and sauté well. Add, half tsp white pepper powder, pinch of salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 3 tbsp red chilli sauce and 2
Tbsp honey. Sauté and add 1 tsp corn flour mixed in 4-5 tbsp water. Sauté and add 1 small sliced capsicum and 1 small sliced onion. Sauté and add the fried chicken and cook till dry. Lastly add 1 Tsp sesame seeds and some chopped spring onion. Sauté for a few seconds and serve hot.
