Health Rich Soup

Another light and nutritious and delicious soup is up for u guys
In a pressure cooker put 5 glasses of water , few pcs of chicken or mutton bones , 1 carrot cubed , 1 beetroot cubed , few slices of onion , half capsicum cubed, 2 small tomatoes cubed , 4-5 cloves of sliced garlic , a small pc of ginger , salt , 2-3 black peppercorns , 1 small pc dalchini , 1 laung , little chopped coriander, half tsp haldi . Pressure cook on high heat for first whistle then on low heat for 5-7 min .

Strain well , press with a spoon and strain the veggies so u dont miss any nutritious juices . Serve hot. This soup is really healthy specially for the ones keeping unwell , for woman post delivery , or just when ur planning to have something really light amd healthy.
