Haryali Kabab

Boil 500 gms of chicken or mutton with salt , 2 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste and 2 tsp green chilli paste . Shread and keep aside .

In a grinder blend together , 1 cup coriander , 1 handfull of mint , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 3-4 curry leaves and juice of 1 lime to a fine paste do not add much water .

In a bowl take 1 cup mashed potatoes , 1 cup fresh bread made to crumbs , the prepared green paste , half cup malai or cream , salt , shredded meat , some grated cheese if u like and salt to taste . Mix well and shape into cylinders and coat with breadcrumbs then dip in egg and fry till golden , serve hot.
