Haryali Dhaba Chana

This tastes tooo good guys. Must try

Blend together some coriander and mint , along with 1 tbsp garlic paste ,1 tsp ginger paste , salt , half tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 1 tsp vinegar , 1 tsp chaat masala , a pinch of green color and 1 tbsp tandoori masala . Blend everything to a fine paste .

Boil 500 gm chickpeas with salt till done . Strain and let cool . Then mix in the prepared paste and let marinate for an hour .

In another bowl mix 3 tbsp each of Maida aata , chana aata , corn flour and rice flour and a pinch of salt .

Just before frying remove some marinated chana in a plate and sprinkle enough flour to toss and coat the chana well .

Fry twisted garlic cloves till done then fry chana on high heat till golden and crisp .

Serve hot with a mix of half cup tomato ketchup and 4-5 tbsp shezwan chutney.
