Hari Khopre Ki Chutney (Green Coconut Chutney)

This is a delicious accompaniment with ur daily desi cooking and also goes well with moong dal pakoras and quite a few starters, and south indian food.

Grind together half fresh coconut , a fist of coriander , a fist of mint , half inch ginger, 1 tsp imli , 2 green chillies and salt to taste , grind to a fine paste .
Make baghar with 2 tbsp oil, few curry leaves sliced , half tsp rai , and a pinch of hing . Pour on the chutney and mix well.
You can store it in a glass jar for around 4 days.
