Harey  Chane Aaloo

Really  quick n delicious  chana recipe for snack time and for iftar. 
Blend together  a handful  of coriander  leaves and a few mint leaves , with 3-4 green chillies to a fine paste and keep aside .
In a kadhai heat oil and add lots of  curry leaves and 1 tsp garlic paste , saute well and  add 250 gms of soaked and boiled chana , and 4 medium sized boiled  potatoes  cut into small pcs. Saute for a minute and add , half tsp haldi  , 1 tsp chaat masala , half tsp black pepper powder , half tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , salt , the green paste , juice of half lime and cook for 2-3 mins . Switch off heat and mix in 1 chopped onion and some chopped coriander and mint.
