Hara Lassan Aur Bharta

Its winter and this is a must make in evry memon household. It is superrr healthy and really delicious .
Take 2 cups of bajra aata , add salt and knead with water to a soft dough . Knead for atleast 5 mins for good texture. I simply roll my bajra roti with a rolling pinwith the help of dry wheat flour . And i just roll it like normal roti with light hands . Make thik rotis and grill till golden and keep aside. Let cool and break it into pcs . Grind it into a rough powder . U can chopperise or even use ur blender.
In a kadhai heat 8-10 heaped tbsp of desi ghee ( u can add more or less according to ur preference) and saute 1 cup of chopped hara lassan for a few seconds. Add the crushed bajra roti and little salt . Mix well and cover n cook on low heat for 5 mins. Do koyla dhungaar once done.
For the bharta roast a big baingan on low flame ( poke it with a knife all over and grease with oil  for perfectly roasted baingan) put it in water and remove the skin . Mash well and mix in half cup dahi , salt , 2 green chillies chopped , and a pinch of black pepper powder. Mix well and serve along with the lassan.
