Hara Kheema

Grind together , 1 tbsp ginger , 1 tbsp garlic , 4-5 green chillies ,half small capcicum, and a fist of coriander to fine paste.
In a kadhai put oil , 1 tsp whole zeera , 1 onion chopped and fry till golden , then add 1 tomato chopped and the green masala paste. Saute little and add 1 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , salt to taste and juice of 1 lime . Saute the masala and add 250 gms of kheema along with a fist of green peas . Cook well and add a handful of chopped sua bhaji and lots of chopped coriander . Cook till oil comes up and serve hot with pav.
